This concert celebrates the warmth and passion of nineteenth-century Italian choral music. In the comfort of the recently refurbished Royal Northern College of Music Concert Hall, enjoy a feast of great Italian music including popular orchestral and operatic items, coupled with complete performances of the Stabat Maters by Rossini and Verdi.
Works such as these are well suited to a large choir like Oldham Choral Society and they will be supported by four international soloists and the East Lancs Sinfonia under Nigel P Wilkinson.
